STAGE ONE — LET’S EXPLORE WHAT’S POSSIBLE
COMPLIMENTARY POOL ZONE DESIGN & ESTIMATE
This is where your project begins.
We visit your property, talk through what you want to create and look at the practical details that will shape the design — including space, access, levels and the relationship between the pool and your home.
The goal at this stage is simple: give you a clear picture of what your pool could become and what is involved in bringing it to life.

STAGE TWO — REFINE THE DESIGN & PREPARE TO BUILD
WHEN YOU’RE READY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP
If you love the direction of the Stage One concept, we can take the design further and begin preparing the project for construction.
This may include fine-tuning the design around your requirements and budget, engaging engineers and developing the additional information needed before entering a formal construction contract.

Preparation toward a formal construction contract
To begin Stage Two, a Preliminary Agreement is signed and a deposit is required, usually around 5% of the estimated works value.
If you proceed with Cityscapes for part or all of the construction, the deposit paid is credited toward the final contract value. If you do not proceed, applicable out-of-pocket expenses are invoiced or any remaining balance is refunded, and you are entitled to the designs provided.
STAGE THREE — DESIGN THE COMPLETE OUTDOOR SPACE
POOL + LANDSCAPE + THE BIGGER PICTURE
For homeowners who want more than the pool zone, Cityscapes can help develop the wider vision for the property.
This is where the pool, landscaping and structural elements can be considered together so the finished backyard feels like one complete space
Full-property pool and landscape design
Additional structural design requirements
Site surveys where required

Detailed total-project estimates
Coordination with associated landscape contractors
For this level of service, Cityscapes can provide a quotation for the Design & Consultancy work. A Design/Consultancy Agreement is signed and a deposit is required, usually around 50% of the estimated design fees, with the balance payable on completion and presentation of the designs and estimates.
Additional landscape construction works are completed under a direct contract with our associated landscape contractors in conjunction with Cityscapes Pools.
