Saved Your Dream Pool on Pinterest?
Before You Copy It, Read This.
Pinterest is a great place to find inspiration. But a single photo doesn’t show the whole story. Here’s what it doesn’t tell you — and how we help you turn inspiration into a pool that truly belongs at your home.
Same feeling. Different home. A better result.
WHAT MADE YOU SAVE IT?
Take a closer look. What do you actually love about this photo?
Sometimes it’s not just the pool — it’s the whole feeling. Understanding what draws you to an image helps us translate that into your own space, in a way that works for your home, your block and your lifestyle.
It’s not just a pool. It’s a feeling.
WHAT THE PHOTO DOESN’T TELL YOU.
A beautiful image can’t show you the practical realities behind the design.
Where north is
(and how the sun moves)
The levels
of the site
Where the house sits and what you’ll see
The landscape, views and surroundings
Privacy and overlooking neighbours
Access for machinery
Drainage and stormwater
Pool fencing requirements
The real cost
(and what’s underneath it all)
WHAT’S IT LIKE TO LIVE WITH?
A pool isn’t just something to look at — it’s something you live in, around and with. The photo doesn’t show you:
Where everyone sits
Where the kids jump in
Where the table and BBQ go
The afternoon shade
How loud a water feature is
Where the dog goes
How it works for your lifestyle in ten years
TAKE THE INSPIRATION.
MAKE IT YOURS.
We take what you love about the inspiration, combine it with the realities of your site and lifestyle, and design a pool that feels like it was always meant to be there.
DESIGN
Great pool design isn’t about copying a beautiful pool.
It’s about understanding why you love it — and designing something that belongs at your home.
