New Swimming Pool (Fig Tree Pocket)

This new build home in the Sanctuary estate at Fig Tree Pocket backing onto bushland and is on a battle axe block, the alfresco on the home was a little tight so the clients wanted to extend the entertaining area to overlook the pool and create a focal point out of the living areas with a raised planter on the pool.

The steps and benches in the pool were designed to face the alfresco to maintain interaction between the alfresco and pool.

The planting and gardens in this project were very important to the clients in order to create privacy, and screening.
